MonWBI is the internal platform built by Cronos Innovation Lab for Wallonia-Brussels International (WBI) to manage the full lifecycle of grants and missions — from application submission through admissibility, committee decision, budgetary commitment, payment validation (liquidation), and BOSA DSS digital signing of grant decrees. It is a TypeScript monorepo (Next.js 15 + tRPC 11 + PostgreSQL 15) with Hasura 2 being phased out as the GraphQL API layer.
